Well I was excited for this movie about 2 months before it came out. Then when i looked it up on Google I saw that it was actually a remake of the 1985 Fright Night. When I was visiting my friend in New Mexico I saw that he had the movie on he's VOD. Sadly I was being distracted because I was excited to see my friends that I only saw bits and parts of it. From what I first saw i thought it was silly. So when I came back up to Canada we got Netflix and i actually watched it. I fell in love with it! So I was excited to see the remake. The way they did the casting was interesting, Anton Yelchin really did play a good Charlie Brewster and David Tennant put an interesting twist on Peter Vincent. I mean they made his character like a Criss Angel mixed with Russell Brand. Christopher Mintz-Plasse was interesting as Evil Ed but I think i love Stephan Geoffreys a little more. But I really did love him when he came back as a vampire.
COLLIN FARRELL! The new Jerry Dandrige! I have to say I love they way he took Jerry. He made him exactly like the original Jerry Dandrige but with a little more creepiness. What surprised me is when I saw that Chris Sarandon was appearing in cameo. Through the movie I was searching for him and then when I saw him I freaked out!! The 3D was also interesting there were times where it was like WHOA and others were like, that was okay. Overall in my opinion I really loved the movie!
Bradley Cooper did another great job with his character Phil. Oh and when I saw Paul Giamatti's name in the credits i was really curious to see where he was going to come in during the movie.

Well i really want to see the 2nd and 3rd because i haven't seen them yet, but i can't wait! I read on wiki about some of the things that happend during filming and after...that's pretty crazy. And i found out that Jason Miller passed away in 2001 i had no idea. I guess that's just shows my young age. But i have to say this is always going to be a classic horror movie.
